Be.YOU.tiful Ministry, Inc. (BMI) was founded in 2017 by Frensha Brown- Poynter out of a strong desire to help young girls see themselves as God sees them: beautiful. The media has a powerful impact on how young girls perceive themselves, often bombarding them with explicit and subliminal messages that can be damaging to their self-esteem. It's important to be aware of this influence and take steps to counteract it, such as seeking out positive role models and empowering them with uplifting content. We know that an accurate view of themselves is necessary for young girls to be the beautiful individuals God created them to be.

How girls perceive themselves directly correlates with their self-esteem and confidence level. It is of utmost importance to instill in them the belief that they are created in God's image and possess immense worth and capabilities. Research shows that young girls are more likely to make poor decisions and engage in risky behavior without healthy self-esteem. It's inspiring to see young girls growing up in today's world, but we know it can also be tough with all the societal pressures. That's why we're here to help guide young girls toward their true identity in Christ - a powerful foundation for loving God, self, and others. We're passionate about teaching girls to cultivate their inner beauty and embrace the qualities that make them unique. We’re excited about empowering these amazing girls to reach their full potential!

Be.You.tiful Ministry, Inc. is a 501(c) (3) non-profit, gender-specific, and age-specific organization dedicated to effecting change in our community by investing in the next generation. We support middle-school-age girls by curating workshops and activities that help them grow in their Christian identities. We also hold workshops to polish their etiquette skills.
